Does Ecom Pros offer international

shipping outside of the US?

Yes! Ecom Pros can ship orders to more than 220 countries and territories. Quotes for international shipping are available upon request. Ecom Pros also has international fulfillment centers in the USA, Canada, and Europe.

Does Ecom Pros offer any boxes and packing supplies for free?

Yes! Ecom Pros uses plain brown boxes of many standard sizes, as well as plain poly mailers, bubble mailers, tape, dunnage, and shipping labels for all orders. Learn more here.

Does Ecom Pros offer FBA prep services?

Yes. to eliminate the tedious work of preparing inventory for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Ecom Pros can prepare your orders with FBA item labels and box labels, and help transfer inventory from a Ecom Pros fulfillment center to any FBA facility. Learn more here. Note: This service is only available to merchants shipping more than 400 orders per month.

Which shipping carriers do Ecom Pros negotiates rates with?

We have negotiated bulk discounts from UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL for both domestic and international rates across different service levels, and pass those savings on to you.

How much does the Ecom Pros's software cost?

Ecom Pros's software is completely free for all customers, as well as connecting all turnkey integrations. As a Ecom Pros customer, you will use the dashboard to connect your brick and mortar and ecommerce store(s) and manage your inventory, orders, shipments, and more. 

Does Ecom Pros offer kitting?

Yes, once approved, Ecom Pros's fulfillment heroes can perform kitting services to accommodate your unique needs for the way in which your items are being shipped to your customers. Learn more here.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are variable in nature, based on weight, dimensions, destination, service, and more. Learn more about dimensional weight here and shipping zones here. Each Ecom Pros quote is customized to you the most accurate rates possible, and also takes batchable orders, volume, and other factors into account.

Does Ecom Pros have a startup plan and how much does it cost?

Does Ecom Pro let merchants use their own custom branded boxes?

Yes, Ecom Pros lets ecommerce merchants use their own custom branded boxes, mailers, and inserts. All you do is pay to store them. 

Does Ecom Pro's fulfill B2B / Wholesale / EDI orders?

Yes, Ecom Pros can fulfill larger wholesale/B2B orders at an additional cost, including labeling, pre-paid, pallet preparation, freight quote, and more. Lear more here.

Does Ecom Pros offer returns?

Yes, returns management offered as a value-added service. Ecom Pros charges for returns with a $3 processing fee per returned order (this includes the process of all items in the return and is only applied to your account when the return arrives in our fulfillment center). Label buying for returns through Ecom Pros is optional. You can buy a label from us at a discount, otherwise, you can buy your own labels or ask your customers to buy them. Learn more here.
